All custom print orders must be prepaid along with a written
confirmation. No exceptions. Fax and e-mail orders will be
accepted with an approved credit card.

Plate charges are service charges and do
not transfer title of cuts or plates to customer.

All latex orders are subject to an overrun
or underrun of 5%, all mylar balloon orders are subject to an overrun or underrun of 10%, and
will be billed accordingly.

Unless otherwise specified, each balloon
is printed to read with neck down.

| CAMERA-READY &
ELECTRONIC ART |
| • |
Please furnish camera-ready (black
& white) artwork sized approximately 5” x 5” for
latex or 10” x 10” for mylars. Grayscale, screened, or gradient art is
unacceptable. Color separations are required for
all multi-color imprints with no less than 1/4" break between colors
in artwork.
Fax copies, photocopies, newspaper prints, and some
computer generated artwork do not provide good reproductions.
Laser-generated art as well as digital files should be minimum 300
dpi. Rules or outlines should be 1 point or greater. Avoid
outline and shadow-effect fonts. Our graphics department can help you
with artwork that is not considered camera-ready for an extra fee ($21
art charge).

Artwork may be e-mailed to
partypizzazzhi@hotmail.com if the file size is at or under
1 MB.
Acceptable file formats are Macintosh Adobe Illustrator, Adobe
Photoshop, or any standard graphics format. Files should be saved
as an .eps, .gif, .tif, .jpg, or .bmp. Fonts incorporated
into artwork should be included or converted to outline paths. If
sending fonts, please include the printer and the screen font.
Files may also be sent on disk along with a hard copy on a Macintosh
formatted 3.5" floppy disk, iomega® Zip 100, or
CD.

All copy or other material submitted will
be accepted as being in full compliance with all applicable laws
regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent,
or similar protection.

Orders will be shipped
within 15-20 working days
after written confirmation and payment is received.

latex orders will be shipped within 5-10 working days after written
confirmation and payment is received.
